I ordered something that was "indirectly" on the menu. The ingredients
are right there in the kitchen! It's about accomodation. Cheaper
restaurants do it! In fact, I've had salad dressing prepared for me
when the restaurant didn't actually serve it. Now that's service!

When you go into a restaurant and bitch and moan to get something special, do
you ever wonder how much snot and saliva goes into your meal? It is something
you really should worry about.
