Reminds me of an old acquaintance who used to join me and a group of friends
to go to one of the seaside lobster rolls shacks in Long Island. She knew
the kind of place we were going to, but as soon as she opened the menu,
she'd complain that they didn't serve pasta or steak. These places serve
lobster rolls, fried clams, fish, and sometimes fried chicken, as a
concession to non-seafood eaters. They don't serve pasta or steak.
