How about you try ordering what's on the menu, and see if that makes a
difference?
Certainly the easiest way to go with the boring chain places where
customer service is often marginal. At higher end restaurants they make
a lot more effort to accommodate special requests.
It's *NOT* a high end restaurant. That poster would be a lot happier
if he ate at home.
No, it isn't, it's a medium level chain restaurant that does reasonably
well for what they do. I do however find their "menu" full of
advertising irritating.
