I'm just taking a guess here but I'd imagine they are NOT tea seeds
nor pollen. Tea seeds are actually quite large like a small marble and
tan/brown in color and there really wouldn't be "pollen clumps" at
least as far as I know. I have a tea tree/bush that I've been growing
for some time now from seed.

I have no idea what you've got there... but I'm not sure of the
quality, it sounds a little strange to me especially for BLC.
