Tex-Mex Dip

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 9 oz. cans bean dip

Yikes! At $2.60 a can

OTOH, I *love* Frito-Lay bean dip, and a big can of refried beans can
be found for 59 cents.

To my unsophisticated taste, those bean dips are just refried beans
thinned down and spiced up. I just open up a can of refried beans, then
open up the fridge and pull out some salsa. I put them together and nuke
them. Mix it up good and eat with tortilla chips. If the heat isn't
right, add hot stuff to taste. Sometimes I add grated cheese. You want
to mix the cheese in, nuke it until the cheese melts, and then mix again.
