Default Pictures of my long Pagnotta

Nice work. Very handsome loaf, and nice photos as well.

Is the rich hue from a long baking cycle or from flour with malt. It
almost looks like it was baked in a wood fired oven. Very rustic.

Hope it tastes good too.
