Went out and got my new WSM the other day. Still waiting for the maiden
voyage because I had to go out of town to tend an ill relative, but I
also picked up a Polder remote probe.

Problemo.

Upon opening the package, I threw the instructions away as I am supposed
to do, but it hit the bottom of the bin face up and something jumped out
at me that said "Do not use for continuous reading thermometer in a
grill or smoker. Use only as an instant read thermometer."

"What the..." I said.

The next line of the instructions said "Take me back for a refund!" Or
perhaps I misread that, but has anyone seen this movie? Who's got a
polder and how do you use yours?
