Homemade peanut butter cups.

Peanut Butter Cups
1 stick unsalted butter
1 oz unsweetened bakers chocolate
1/3 c Splenda
1 Tbsp heavy cream
4 Tbsp peanut butter

Thanks for the recipe.
I have a few questions.

Some of us tend to forget that not everyone uses American measurements :-)

1 how much is "one stick" of butter?

1/4 cup. I don't know what that would be metric.

One stick is 1/2 cup. That would be roughly 125 ml of melted butter or
115 grams.

2 what is splenda?

Splenda is a sugar substitute. See
http://www.splenda.com/

Any sweetener that you like that can be heated will work.

3 how many percent fat is "heavy cream"?

Between 30% and 40% milkfat.
