1. Do you have any good recipies for Thanksgiving?

2. How are people handling Thanksgiving at traditional
dinners that the (non-diabetic) relatives are presenting?

I'm the cook, but I'm the only person watching their carbs, so there are
carbs available for those who desire them.

I'm doing a brined turkey, roasted with aromatic items in the cavity
instead of stuffing.

also:

mashed pototoes (of which I will have a small serving)
steamed broccoli with lemon
winter squash
cranberry sauce (both sugared and artificially sweetened)
creamed white onions with peanuts
olives
cruditees

seltzer
sparkling cider (for my niece)
milk (for her, too)
iced water

pumpkin pie (of which I will have a small slice and leave the crust)
coffee
tea

I'm planning on eating a little more carb than I'm used to, but since
I'm the hostess, I'll be burning it off cleaning up afterwards.
