Default what is this white residue/dust in the tea liquor?

It's more likely the little white hairs from the leaves. That is a good
sign.


Indeed it is. Only the bud and small young leaves will have these
"hairs". If you pay attention to the texture of the tea liquor,
you'll probably notice a thick soupiness - at least relative to other
kinds of tea! - that green tea lovers tend to enjoy.
